Precision TCG  Return Policy
We at Precision TCG want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the unique and sometimes volatile nature of the trading card market, we have specific guidelines to ensure the authenticity and integrity of all products sold.

1. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in the exact same condition that you received them, unused, unopened, and in their original, factory-sealed packaging, with all tags and wrapping intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order number is required to process any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Opened Products: Any trading card packs, boxes, cases, or single cards that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Single Cards (Ungraded): Due to market fluctuations and potential for fraud, non-serial numbered or ungraded single cards are generally ineligible for return.
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale, clearance, or on a special discount.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at justin@precisiontcg.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right, covering any associated return shipping costs. Please also see our SHIPPING POLICY before making claims of damage. Please include photos of the item and all original packaging.

4. Return Process
  1. Request Authorization: To start a return, please contact us at justin@precisiontcg.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns require prior approval.
  2. Packaging and Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged item (NOT DAMAGED FROM USPS UPS or FEDEX HANDLING), PLEASE CALL THEM TO FILE A CLAIM IF IT IS DAMAGE FROM THEM) or wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
  3. Restocking Fee (If Applicable): Returns that are not due to an error on our part may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error), and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
