Thank you for visiting and shopping at Precision TCG. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.)
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential Delays: High volume periods (e.g., new product releases, holidays) may cause slight delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • We use [USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.] as our primary carriers.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions
  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses only.
  • We DO NOT Ship items to P.O. Boxes 
  • Address & Forwarding Service Policy

    Precision TCG does not ship to SHIP TO facilities, freight forwarders, or any third-party package forwarding services. All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address. Address changes will not be accepted once an order has been placed. If an order must be canceled due to an undeliverable address, use of a forwarding service, or an address change request, a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing costs which are incurred by the payment processors  at the time of a purchase is completed.

5. Packaging and Card Protection
We take the utmost pride & care in protecting your collectibles. All sealed items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and boxed with the utmost care for your collectibles. We use additional packaging material along with the bubble wrap for items that have additional room in the box to help prevent the items from moving around in the box to ensure your items arrive to you in excellent condition.  In other words, we package your items the way we wish we would receive them if we purchased the elsewhere. 

International Shipping Policy
We currently DO NOT ship internationally to Countries, e.g., Canada, UK, Australia.
This is something that we may look into on the future.
  • International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Precision TCG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Precision TCG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. After we ship the item and it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, FedEx etc., we unfortunately have no control on how the package is handled or delivered. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, as they will be the one to better assist you with this matter. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier office immediately. We are unable to contact the Post Office on your behalf for a missing package, as they will not give us any information on your address delivery, even though we are the sender.  For lost packages where the carrier cannot confirm delivery, please Contact Us so we can assist with the insurance claim process.
